After we get your approval for both quotation and digital proof, we'll issue a commercial invoice for you together with Terms & Conditions and payment details. It's very important to get confirmations and payments on time to guarantee a delivery within the schedule agreed.
We'll ALWAYS send sample images for your approval before getting into mass production to make sure there aren't mistakes. This process typically takes about 3-7 business days depending on the product type or artwork complexity. Our Sales Team will keep you posted in any cases.
